Students begin their journey by establishing their goals for the ten-week program and beyond.

They're encouraged to have a mix of academic, career and personal goals

Based on their goals and classes at school, students are sorted into small groups of three led by a mentor.

Their mentor is a compatible and relatable recent high-school graduate.

Throughout the ten weeks, their mentor leads them through a journey personally tailored to achieve the goals they have set.

Their journey consists of a personalised mix of remedial tutoring, community engagement, and personal and career development.

After finishing the program, students are more holistically prepared for their life beyond school.

Willing students are able to return to their own school after graduation and mentor the next generation.
